A testimony to this is is Jamia Hamdard University, one of the most respected and reputed universities in the fields of Pharmacy and Unani Medicine. With initiatives like the Hamdard Education Society and Business Employment Bureau, Hamdard supports education for girls and prepares economically disadvantaged groups for self-sustaining employment. There is even the Ghalib Academy to promote Urdu Literature across various platforms, as well as the All India Unani Tibb Congress established under the Hamdard National Foundation banner.
